Plain & Hand Painted Bags
A bridal clutch bag is a stylish way to keep your big day essentials close to hand.
Just because it’s a wedding doesn’t mean you don’t still need somewhere to store your keys, phone, lippy and tissues for the weepy tear bits of the ceremony! Many of our brides have our hand painted satin bags for the bridesmaids in matching colours with their shoes – they look stunning and a bit unusual too. Great for our Mothers of Brides too – especially if teamed with a co-ordinating pair of Rainbow Club Shoes.
To see size and further information choose your bag from drop down menu at top of page and then select your option.
Read what one Mother of the Bride said when I asked her if she didn’t mind sharing her experience.
How did you find the experience having your shoes custom hand painted?
It was a very good experience having my shoes and bag painted to match in with my daughter’s colour scheme for her wedding. It meant matching with fabrics was straightforward as Anna worked from the sample I gave her from my outfit. We also had satin shoes painted for the youngest bridesmaid to match with mine.
What were your worries at the start of the process and how did The
Pretty Wedding Shoe Company help allay them?
I was concerned that I would not be able to come up with a design to tie in the two main colours from the outfit without them overpowering the look. I needn’t have worried as Anna’s eye for colour is superb. Her suggestions worked really well.
Did you feel that The Pretty Wedding Shoe Company kept you up to date with the process?
Anna kept in contact when she said she would by email (my preferred contact method) and updated me with progress as the wedding date approached.
Was it stressful or enjoyable?
I really enjoyed the experience. It was good to be given the opportunity to make changes at the design stage and also to confirm I was happy with the outcome before the shoes were finalised.
Were you glad you chose to have your shoes hand painted?
I was glad I chose to have hand painted shoes. Many of the guests commented on the design.
What was your favourite part of having your shoes hand painted?
The excitement of going to collect them when they were finished!
